The Angel Makers

In a Yorkshire village in 1917 - in the midst of WWI - with the local men off fighting for their country - the farms are being run by wives and daughters experiencing their first taste of ******* and responsibility. When German Prisoners of War are sent in to do the heavy labor, the women find themselves unexpectedly drawn to the POW's and engage in illicit affairs.
